IIMC: Introductie van de nieuwe 2020 Virtual Institute Collaboration Series

 

Tijdens de bijeenkomst in 2019 in Birmingham van het region XI van het IIMC, waar de VvG deel van uitmaakt, zijn o.a. de webinars over ‘soft-skills die het IIMC aan haar leden aanbiedt besproken. Hieronder vind je het nieuwe aanbod.

 

 Introductie van de nieuwe 2020 Virtual Institute Collaboration Series.

De Educational Departement van het IIMC kondigt, in samenwerking met acht door haar goedgekeurde instituten, met trots een gloednieuw programma aan!

Dit programma geeft degenen die actief een CMC of MMC nastreven toegang tot een programma op hbo en academisch niveau, waarmee punten voor certificering kunnen worden behaald.

  2. Arizona Institute | Wednesday, June 10th | "He Said What? Communication, Team Dynamics, and Working with Others"
  3. Mississippi Institute | Wednesday, June 17th | "Five Generations, Four Personalities and One Changing Workplace"
  4. Virginia Institute | Wednesday, June 24th | "Crisis Communication Strategies for COVID-19 and Beyond"
  5. Alabama Institute | Wednesday, July 1st | "Dealing with Meeting Disruptions"
  6. Wyoming Institute |Wednesday, July 8th | "Reflective Leadership: The Essence of Self-Awareness and Authenticity and How to Get Results"
  7. Colorado Institute | Wednesday, July 15th | "React, Rebalance, Rebound: How to Make Data Driven Adjustments to your Municipal Budget"
  8. Nebraska Institute |Wednesday, July 22nd | "Exploring Diversity and Inclusion"

 

So, How Does This Work?

This Virtual Institute Program will be a series of 2-hour interactive video webinars offered each week on Wednesdays in June and July hosted by a different Institute Director using Zoom Meetings. 
 

Each webinar will require separate registration and will hold 100 seats each. At this time, we will NOT be adding additional seats nor offering replays of these sessions.
 

Registration for each will open up the Thursday prior to the webinar start date in a special E-News Update from IIMC. For example - registration for the June 3rd webinar will be announced and open on May 28th. 
 

Each webinar is $50.00 USD. Payment will be made using PayPal (no PayPal account required). IIMC will be accepting online credit card registrations only - no checks will be accepted. Staff will be unable to manually register any participant. 
 

IIMC will NOT issue refunds of any kind for any of these sessions, so please be sure to check your calendar prior to registering. Registrations are non-transferable. 
 

Webinars will be 2 hours each running from 10:00am-12:00pm PST (1:00pm-3:00pm EST) and will earn 1 CMC Education or 1 MMC Advanced Education point upon completion of a require learning assessment. Certificates of completion will be issued to those that complete the learning assessment successfully. 
 

These webinars will be conducted using Zoom Meetings. These will be interactive video webinars so participants will be required to have their camera on and be seen for the entire 2-hour session. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.
